    • How do I contact support for help with my store? How fast should I expect a response?

      We offer live chat and phone support. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but try to get back to you within seconds to hours.

    • What are the options for adding custom themes or designs?

      We take your existing design, work with your designer, or work with you to create a design that fits your brand. Once the design is in place, you can edit the content within it from your secure administrator area.

    • How do I add or remove sections, pages, or features from my store?

      We start with a design, and break that down into sections that can be added through out the entire site. You can add or remove sections, pages, or features from your store at any time.

    • What types of products can I sell on your platform?

      You can sell physical products, digital products, services, subscriptions, and more. As each store on Flex Commerce is completely standalone, you are responsible for the legality of the products you sell. There may be special requirements for certain types of products.

    • What if I run out of stock? Will my customers be notified automatically?

      There are many ways to handle this depending on your inventory model. We support disabling the product and showing out of stock when your inventory is depleted, or can allow backorders and notify the customer. As a last resort, we support store credit.

    • Can I manage inventory level across multiple locations or warehouses?

      Yes, inventory management is a core feature of Flex Commerce. You can manage inventory levels across multiple locations or warehouses. We also support shipping from 3rd party suppliers, and vendors.

    • How does Flex handle high traffic stores or large product catalogs?

      Flex Commerce is built on a modern cloud infrastructure that scales with your business. Depending on your deployment model, we have methods to scale to handle millions of products and thousands of orders per minute.

    • Is my data secure on your platform? What security measures do you take?

      We take security very seriously. We use industry standard encryption in transit, in storage as needed, and at rest. We support 2FA, passkeys (coming soon), and OAuth2. We use a variety of common security and fraud prevention measures.

    • Do you comply with PCI-DSS or other industry regulations?

      We comply with standards. In fact, we offload most PCI requirements to the processors themselves. We don't store any private payment data on our servers, we only store what is necessary to process the order, grant refunds, and deliver receipts.

    • Do you offer shipping integrations with major carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx?

      Yes, we offer integrations that allow you to ship with major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL -- plus more. We also support custom shipping integrations, and can work with you to integrate with your preferred carrier or method.

    • How do I configure shipping rates and options for my store?

      You can manage this from your store's admin area. We offer a variety of shipping options to best support your operations and ultimately your customers' expectations. Contact us if you have a special requirement.

    • What if a customer wants to return an items? How does the refund process work?

      We support returns and refunds. You can manage this from your store's admin area. We offer a variety of refund options for customer support. We also support partial refunds, store credit, RMAs, and more.

    • How does your platform handle sales tax, VAT, or other taxes?

      We offer Integrations with 3rd party tax services. Sales tax in the United States are very complex. These services can help you know when you reach nexus with any particular state, and can help you file with the state. We also support VAT and other taxes, plus exceptions.

    • Does your system automatically calculate and display tax amounts to customers?

      Yes, our Integrations with 3rd party tax services will smartly calculate taxes if you have have reached nexus at the delivery location, show the tax to the customer and finally commit that information once the sale is complete. We aim to make this as seamless as possible.

    • How does your platform integrate with our accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)?

      We offer exports of data compatible with all major accounting systems (and even non-major). Most accountants we have encoutered prefer it this way over direct integrations. That being said, we are happy to entertain accounting Integrations and can also can support custom Integrations. We will work with you to integrate with your preferred accounting system.
